It looks pretty but I HATED Kyoto Station. Part of the roof is open to the air so cold wind and rain can get on you even INSIDE the station. I'd underestimated how cold Kyoto would be in March so I was cold and pissed off when I took this picture.

Ha, I have to fave this picture because it brings back vivid memories of when I was there about a year ago...got off the subway and went the wrong way out of the station, and got lost, and got in a major argument with my travel buddy about which way to go.
